Private Local AI · York Region & GTA

AI that never leaves your building.

A real language model — the same class of AI behind the big cloud assistants — running on a machine in your office, answering from your documents. Nothing goes to the cloud, because nothing has to.

Who this is for

Businesses whose documents are the business:

  1. Law and paralegal offices — client files that can't go to someone else's servers, ever.
  2. Medical and dental clinics — patient records, consent forms, protocols that PHIPA says stay home.
  3. Accounting, bookkeeping, and financial advisors — client financials that shouldn't train anyone's model.
  4. Trades and engineering shops — drawings, specs, and quotes answerable without someone digging through a filing cabinet.
  5. Anyone tired of per-seat AI subscriptions — one machine, one setup fee, no monthly license per employee.

What you actually get

A quiet desktop box, sized to your work — not a server room, not a rack you have to cool. On it:

PartWhat it means in plain English
A real AI modelA large language model installed and tuned on your hardware. It runs locally — day-to-day use works even with the internet down.
Your documents, searchableYour policies, contracts, forms, and files are indexed so questions get answered from your own material, with sources — not from the model's general training.
Staff accessA simple chat interface on your network. If your staff can use a web browser, they can use this.
TrainingA hands-on session for your team: what to ask, what not to trust, how to check an answer against the source.
CareUpdates, backups, and new document sets folded into the monthly operations retainer — or handled per-visit if you prefer.

How it starts

  1. Free 30-minute call. You describe your documents and your workflows; I tell you honestly whether private AI is worth it for you.
  2. Written assessment. What the machine needs to be, which documents get indexed first, what answers you'll get on day one versus month three.
  3. Fixed quote. Setup is a one-time cost — hardware plus installation — with optional monthly care. Quote-based because an honest quote requires seeing your actual situation; anyone who prices this sight unseen is guessing.

When this is the wrong answer

Being straight about limits is part of the service:

You don't need this if you just want a chatbot on your website, or you're happy sending your data to a big cloud provider. A hosted service is cheaper for that, and I'll tell you when that's the case.

You probably do if your documents are confidential by law or by promise, if you're paying per-seat AI fees for a whole staff, or if you want AI that keeps working when the internet doesn't.

Why I can build this

Not a reseller, not a slide deck. I run exactly this kind of system every day: a 100+ billion parameter model on my own hardware, with search over thousands of documents, on machines that never touch someone else's cloud. The setup I sell you is the setup I use. More about me →

Questions owners ask first

Does my data ever leave my office?

No. The model, the document index, and the chat interface all run on your own hardware and network. Day-to-day use works even when the internet is down.

What does a private AI setup cost?

Quote-based: a free 30-minute call, a written assessment, then a fixed quote. Hardware plus one-time installation, with optional monthly care at $150–$300.

Do I need a server room?

No. A quiet desktop box sized to your work, on a desk or in a closet — no racks, no cooling upgrades.

When is private AI the wrong answer?

If you just want a website chatbot, or you are comfortable sending your data to a big cloud provider. A hosted service is cheaper for that, and I will say so on the call.
